Support for Queer people (LGBTQ)

Samtökin ’78 is the National Queer Association of Iceland – for all queer persons regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, sex characteristics or gender expression. If you want to receive additional counseling, you can negotiate the payment or even receive a subsidy payment from the government.

Their place is wheelchair accessible. All events for the organization are in wheelchair-accessible buildings. Samtökin '78 offer access to interpreters and sign language interpreters when needed.
